SCAS Kids Leadership Camp

We really enjoyed the SCAS Kids Leadership Camp. We could bring 6 kids from the Worcester BMX Project to the Camp in Stellenbosch. The kids could play at a save place and develop there leadership skills in many many games.

Great race. Lorenzo and Daniel fastest Team of the day. Quite a tough and rough race with water holes, mud and sand.

Western MTB Champs XC0 with the kids

Daniel raced with the kids of the Jonkershoek MTB Project the Western Championship.

It was a great day with great races, great results and great kids. Love to give every thing with the kids!

Gravel Travel MTB Race Wellington

Today was my first MTB race ever (without Triathlon or Duathlon). 50km, Gravel Travel around the Mountains of Wellington.

Enjoyed the Race!

At one stage a bunch of cows ran out of a vineyard on the trail in front of me. I had to keep them running not to lose too much time. Eventually they left in another vineyard. They call me cowboy...

This race was the next step for our Team Project:

Squirt Lube for dusty chains @Kids BMX Project

Squirt Lube is the very best lube we have been ever using. Since Daniel is racing off road we are only using Squirt. It stays on the chain longer and keeps the chain clean. It is wax based, does not contain harmful solvents, is 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Also the Bio Bike wash.  
Great South African products!


Daniel won the European Champs in England with Squirt Lube!
This race was so muddy that other chains and gearings got stuck. With Squirt there is no build-up due to dirt.
What we like: Excess wax that gets expelled by the chain falls off during riding. Continuous application can be done without having to clean the chain :-)

 

Now we have Squirt Lube for the dusty chains of our Kids BMX Project in Avaian Park/Worcester. As well the Bio Bike wash helps us a lot. It is a great investment in the life of the kids.
